Arval vehicle collection request
**Please note that collections are not available during the following dates: 24 to 29 December 2024 and 1 January 2025**
It's time to return your Arval vehicle. Before you request your collection using our form below, there is some important information to note.
We need a minimum of 5 working days’ notice to collect your vehicle. Vehicles can be collected at any time between 8am and 6pm on the collection date, so you’ll need to be available throughout the day. Please arrange for someone over the age of 18 to be available to sign and agree that the vehicle has been collected.
If nobody is available when the collection agent arrives, you or your company will be charged an aborted collection fee of up to £250, and the vehicle will remain on rent and chargeable until the collection is rescheduled. So if you need to reschedule the collection appointment, please let us know as soon as possible but with at least 24 hours' notice, to avoid possible charges.
Please remember, any applications linked to the vehicle should also be removed and de-registered from the vehicle and removed from your mobile device. For more information on how best to prepare your vehicle for it's return, check out our Returning your Arval Vehicle Guide.
