How long can I lease a van for?

Our van leases run from a minimum of 2 years to a maximum of 5 years - within this period, it’s up to you. If you're looking for something more short-term, you can hire for a period of 1 to 24 months, with our Flexible rental solution.


Which vans are available?

We have strong relationships with most van manufacturers, so you can choose the best make and model for your needs. Contact us to discuss options.


Is the cost fixed for the contract term?

Yes, the monthly rental cost is fixed for the duration of the contract (subject to any increase in road fund licence).


What are the upfront costs?

You'll need to make an initial payment at the start of your contract. This amount can vary depending on your requirements, but can be between 1 and 12 months in advanced rental, subject to eligibility. We'll discuss this with you during the quote.


Can I change the term and mileage during the contract?

If your circumstances change, and the term and mileage are no longer right for you, then contact us and we’ll talk you through the options available.


Is the van still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty?

Yes, the warranty for the van (and any other covered items added to the van) will be valid.


Can I include additional services such as maintenance, telematics or insurance as part of my lease?

Yes, we offer a range of optional extras. You can include our full maintenance package in your lease for a fixed monthly price. And Arval Total Care, our insured leased vehicle product, also covers the driver for Third-Party Liability, Own Damage Protection, including fire and theft, and Glass Protection. Our telematics product, Arval Connect, can also be included as well as a range of other options. Contact us and we’ll discuss your exact requirements with you.


Can I use my local dealer to supply the van?

We generally use our network of Arval approved dealers to supply our vans. These dealers meet our high standards of service and offer discounts which have been built into the rental.


What happens at the end of the contract?

At the end of the contract we’ll guide you through the process of assessing the condition of the van, collecting it from you, and setting up your next lease or rental if required.
