About the role
As a Customer Service Specialist at Arval UK, Swindon, you will be responsible for the maintenance of our retail fleet customers. In this position you will spend the bulk of your time communicating with customers over the phone and via email. From listening to complaints, to providing advice and support to our customers, you will ensure all incidents are captured and handled professionally within, or ideally exceeding, expectations and our agreed service levels. You will also be responsible for helping to identify and resolve core issues to improve the overall customer experience.
Following training, you will ensure we satisfy the individual requirements of every customer. You will remain customer focussed, build good rapport, and ensure that our customers receive the top-notch service they deserve. Your role is to make sure no stone is left unturned in our quest to satisfy. In a nutshell, your role is to offer and deliver top quality customer service, building a solution and problem solving to deliver the best possible service.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone to have an excellent telephone manner and will be used to working in a fast-paced environment. Be able to take ownership of all that comes your way, whilst demonstrating complete professionalism comes naturally to you. To become an outstanding Customer Service Specialist for Arval, you will be committed to offering fantastic customer service to our retail customers.
The package
We offer a basic starting salary of up to £27,000, plus a bonus of up to £1,100. We also offer 25 days holiday as standard, plus bank holidays, an extra day off for your birthday, and the option to purchase an additional 5 days.
