About the role

With over 190,000 vehicles in our fleet, we work with a vast network of suppliers to keep our customers moving. Our Network team plays a vital role in our UK success story, by managing supplier relationships to ensure our customers benefit from the highest levels of service.

This varied role presents an opportunity to use your excellent communication skills to work collaboratively, building great working relationships with suppliers, internal Network Managers, and other key stakeholders. 

If you enjoy variety, building strong relationships and working proactively at pace, you’ll enjoy working as a Network Co-ordinator.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactive communication with Network Managers to ensure suppliers are working to agreed SLA’s.
  • Responding to invoice queries and providing support with escalated complaints, taking ownership and seeing issues through to resolution
  • Maintaining the supplier database
  • Identifying opportunities to improve service levels and processes to benefit our customers
  • Completing administrative tasks accurately and efficiently

What we’re looking for

You’re a proactive and confident communicator, with excellent organisational skills and a passion for delighting customers. You’re capable of building positive and productive relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders like. Most importantly, you’re a real a real team player with a positive, can-do approach to work.

You’ll also be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your own work
  • Problem-solving skills, and comfortable taking ownership until issues are resolved
  • Customer-focussed mindset
  • Good administrative skills

The package

We offer a basic starting salary of up to £24,500, plus a bonus of up to £1,100. We also offer 25 days holiday as standard, plus bank holidays, an extra day off for your birthday, and the option to purchase an additional 5 days
