About the role
As Senior ATC Operations Support, you will play a key role in ongoing ATC product growth. You will maintain excellent customer relationships through onboarding to in-life activity and take ownership of challenges with a solution-focused mindset.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Onboarding new customers, liaising with customers and internal/external colleagues to ensure successful implementation
- Monthly SLA scorecard qualification
- Managing complaints escalations
- Liaising with suppliers to optimise product performance service levels
- Reporting progress and performance to team management
- Monitoring Vehicle Off Road time and cost impact including concession hire
- Supporting our risk management approach, including input into quarterly customer review meetings
- Day to day driver/customer pricing and exception authorisation decision-making
What we’re looking for
As our Senior ATC Operations Support, you will be solution-oriented, tackling challenges with enthusiasm and identifying resulting opportunities for product growth.
You’ll also be able to demonstrate:
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers throughout the customer journey
- Confidence in managing positive supplier relationships, asking probing questions and challenging where necessary
- Good level of commercial awareness
- Problem solving - able to manage through to conclusion using own initiative
- High level of customer segment understanding; recognising differing customer requirements for Consumer through to Large Corporate
- An analytical approach with the ability to support with Excel reports and communicate results in a clear, concise manner would be an advantage
We offer a basic starting salary of up to £35,000, plus a bonus of up to £1,900. We also offer 25 days holiday as standard, plus bank holidays, an extra day off for your birthday, and the option to purchase an additional 5 days.
